Free Delivery R500 or more to Major Centres/ Cities

Delivery for orders of R500 or more to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and all major cities are FREE.
You can choose the following delivery options:

  • Courier:  2 – 5 working days ( Monday – Friday )
  • Post office:  5 -7 working days  ( Monday - Friday )          
  • Free for direct collection from our warehouse, working days and hours only 9am – 4pm.

We will dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of payment clearance.

Please take note we are not responsible for collections from the Post Office or Courier with an alternative ID or signature as the person who has placed the order.
We will do our best to dispatch orders as they come in, we however rely on the couriers not experiencing delays themselves, but we cannot guarantee the lead times, these are just estimates. Please add one working day to be safe. If you need to know exactly how long a particular courier delivery will take, please contact us on 010 220 5225 or 5228 or email and we will gladly assist.

STRIKES, WEATHER AND CLOSED ROADS

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

SHIPPING COSTS EXPLAINED

If your shopping bag's total is R250 or more we offer a free delivery in South Africa. If delivery is to a main centre/city the free delivery option will be available only via courier service. If delivery is outside of main centres the free delivery option will only be available via the Post Office.

Post Office delivery is R45.00 nationwide.

You may have the following questions:

I placed my order and there were some out of stock items.

Due to the fact that we import Viridian supplements from the UK, stock shortages may occur.  We do however carry a large stock holding and we order on a weekly basis from the UK.  If you place your order and an item is out of stock, we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you some options. 

Can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number for your order after despatch.  This can be tracked via the Courier or Post office websites.

I received my parcel, but when I opened the box, the bottles were damaged:

We need to be notified immediately should there be any damage to the products. We take utmost care to pack the orders securely, but the unforeseen can occur.  Please send us a photo of the damaged product as well as the packaging and email it to us. This needs to be within 48hrs after receiving your order and we will replace it free of delivery.  Information on damages assists us in addressing and eliminating future mishaps.

I changed my mind and would like to return my purchase:

We grant a 5 day cooling off period whereby goods may be returned in its original form for a full refund – opened containers with broken seals are unfortunately non-refundable.  

I was not there when the courier tried to delivery my order:

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged, this may incur additional costs.
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery, although we cannot accept responsibility if an unauthorised person at the delivery address signs and the parcel is not handed to the right full owner

Can you send any orders overseas?

We unfortunately do not deliver to overseas countries yet.
